GRAIN-FREE LASAGNA

One of the aspects I love about paleo cooking is that you can sneak tons of vegetables into your diet without realizing it.  This recipe for Paleo Butternut Squash Lasagna is a perfect example.  Eating it, my taste buds would never think there was squash in it.  I highly recommend this recipe.  The roasted red pepper sauce is amazing. 



One word of warning for those who are on a paleo diet for allergies or a bowel disease: make sure to read the ingredients labels on the sausages that you buy for this recipe. Many sausages contain wheat and sugar.
